Frequently Asked

FAQ

Common questions before you check out.

01 How big is the mug?

Two sizes: 11 oz for a standard cup and 15 oz when one just isn't enough. Pick your size before adding to cart.

02 Is it microwave and dishwasher safe?

Yes to both. Microwave your coffee and run it through the dishwasher (top rack) — the print holds up. It's lead- and BPA-free too.

03 Will the print crack, fade, or scratch off?

No. It's a vivid, full-color print made for daily use — tested to survive microwaves and dishwasher cycles without cracking or fading.

04 What if my mug arrives broken?

We'll make it right. If it arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, email a photo to info@ratedonestar.com within 30 days of delivery. Keep the shards, we don't want them. We'll offer a free replacement first, or a refund if you'd rather. Your call.

05 How long does shipping take?

Ships in 72 hours. US orders arrive in 3 to 10 business days from there. Free shipping on every US order.
