Grab a shirt you already love, measure it, match it, and pick what feels like victory and relentless Rated One Star chaos. Totes are one size, 18 by 18 inches, and mugs are 15oz, so no tape measure needed.

We keep it brutally simple: if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or we sent the wrong damn thing, email a photo to info@ratedonestar.com within 30 days of delivery. Don't mail anything back. We'll offer a free replacement first, or you can take a refund. Your call. Even chaos has standards. But let's be crystal clear: every single piece is custom printed just for your sorry ass the second you hit order. No warehouse, no returns pile, no "oops I hate it now" refunds.

So triple check your size, your color, and your life choices before you click. We're not your ex. We don't take you back just because you changed your mind. If it's not broken, misprinted, or wrong, it's yours forever. No take backs!

Once your custom printed beast finally ships (we print on demand, so it's not sitting in a warehouse gathering dust like your ex's promises), printing happens local to your delivery country. No transatlantic drama, just faster rage straight to your door. Here's the brutal truth on estimated delivery times once it ships:

• USA: 3 to 10 business days. Local printing means no customs bullshit, but carriers still move like they're on vacation.
• Canada: 3 to 10 business days. Great White North gets its own beasts; still chaos, but at least it's domestic chaos.
• UK: 4 to 10 business days. Local print means Brexit can't fuck you as hard, but the island still likes to take its sweet time.
• EU: 4 to 20 business days. Local printing helps, but customs roulette can still turn it into a hostage situation.
• AUS: 4 to 12 business days. Long haul vibes even with local print, but your Aussie rage will arrive eventually (probably with a side of sunburn).

These are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, carrier strikes, or a rogue Karen blocking the delivery truck can turn "3 days" into "whenever the fuck they feel like it." Track your order like your life depends on it (because your rage does), and if tracking says the carrier lost it in transit, we'll fight the void itself and send you a free replacement. If tracking says delivered, or a porch pirate got there first, that one's not on us. Shipping is free on every US order, so at least you didn't pay for the suspense. Your complaint is coming.
