Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some jurisdictions) to use the Site. If you're under the legal age in your country to form a binding contract, you need a parent or guardian to agree to these Terms on your behalf.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our written permission.

We can suspend or terminate your access at any time, for any reason, no notice required. Don't cry about it.

All products are custom printed on demand. Once you place an order, production starts immediately, so there are no cancellations, changes, or refunds after that point unless the item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or we sent the wrong damn thing (see Section 5).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (fraud suspicion, pricing errors, stock issues, you being a dick, whatever). Prices and availability can change without notice. All prices are in USD.

Printing is handled locally in or near your delivery country via Printify partners. Estimated delivery times once your order ships (not including production time):

• USA: 3 to 10 business days
• Canada: 3 to 10 business days
• UK: 4 to 10 business days
• EU: 4 to 20 business days
• Australia: 4 to 12 business days

Shipping is free on every US order. These are estimates only. Delays happen: weather, holidays, carrier strikes, rogue Karens blocking trucks, the usual. If tracking shows your package was lost in transit, email info@ratedonestar.com and we'll send a free replacement. Packages marked delivered, or stolen after delivery, are not covered. Track your shit. If the carrier yeets it into a lake before it reaches you, that counts as lost, and we've got you.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout and its payment partners, including Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay where offered. We never see or store your full card number. By providing payment details, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the full amount, including taxes, shipping and any applicable fees. You are responsible for all charges, so double check that cart before you hit buy.

Custom printed products are non returnable and non refundable, except in these cases: (1) the item arrives damaged or defective; (2) the print is flawed or wrong (misprint); (3) we sent the wrong item. To make a claim, email info@ratedonestar.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. You do not need to send anything back. We review every claim and offer a free replacement first; if you prefer, you can choose a refund instead. We do not accept returns for a change of mind, a wrong size selection, a color you no longer like, an item that has been worn and not loved, or because your dog ate it.

All content on the Site (designs, text, graphics, logos, slogans, product images) is owned by Rated One Star or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our IP without written permission.

If you submit ideas, suggestions, or content to us (e.g., rant topics), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and commercialize it however we want. No payment, no credit, no take-backs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rated One Star, its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products, even if we were told the possibility existed. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Rated One Star harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We can update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them. Check back occasionally—or don't. Ignorance isn't our problem.
